                                                                                                                                                                                                1.Fitness:                                                                             I have the habit and discipline that every time I come home from school, I will play soccer for about 30 minutes - 1 hour. That helps me have a balanced and healthy body. In addition, in my free time, I go jogging and going to the gym with my brothers to get some fresh air. This helps me improve my health and relax my mind.




2.Eating habits 

I have a healthy eating habit of beef, green vegetables, eggs and sausage to stay in shape in the most effective way.

I will avoid unhealthy foods such as fried foods, cockroaches, and bread. An unhealthy diet can cause many health problems such as: cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure. pressure
